About

sgstocksbrief.com is an independent personal project for Singapore retail investors — a convenience layer over publicly available corporate- announcement data, with downloadable price/volume histories and an optional AI summariser for annual reports and AGM minutes. It started as an SGX tool and now also covers the US venues its users hold alongside their Singapore counters. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX), any US exchange, or any of the companies listed on this site.

What you can do here

Most of this is free to read without an account. Registering with an email address — no payment, no card — unlocks the price charts, Market at a Glance, the Top Movers screens, paper trading, saved US calendar watchlists, the wider Economy data and one free summary. The Investors Guide walks through each page in turn.

Coverage

The dataset covers SGX Mainboard and Catalist companies plus a curated set of ETFs and unit trusts traded on SGX, backfilled to roughly four years, and current NYSE, Nasdaq and Cboe BZX companies and ETFs with their SEC filing histories. SGX announcements are refreshed about three times each weekday (around 9am, 7pm and 1am), while prices from Yahoo Finance are refreshed about nine times each weekday (around 1am, 9am, 11am, 12.30pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5.30pm and 7pm).

Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is a recommendation, scoring, or rating. The calendars, downloadable spreadsheets, and AI summaries are information-organisation tools. Always verify against the original SGX or SEC filings before making any investment decision.
