Contact
sgstocksbrief.com is run by one person in Singapore — the same person who writes the weekly Stocks Commentary. There is no support desk and no contact form to fill in: email reaches me directly, and I read everything.
Expect a reply within a few days. This is a side project, not a staffed service, so a message sent on a Tuesday will not always be answered on a Tuesday.
What to include
A wrong or missing figure
This is the most useful mail I get. SGX announcement text is parsed automatically and Yahoo Finance supplies the prices and fundamentals, so both an ex-dividend date and a P/E ratio can be wrong at source or wrong in the parsing. Send the ticker, the page you were looking at, and what you expected instead — ideally with the SGX announcement or the company's own filing to check against. Corrections are made by hand where the data cannot be fixed at source, and those rows are marked so a later refresh does not overwrite them.
The AI summariser
Summaries are generated by a language model from the document you upload and can be incomplete or wrong — that is what the disclaimer on every summary says, and it is meant literally. If a summary misread a document badly, send the document link and what it got wrong. If you have run out of free credits and need more, say so and why; the free tier is one summary per registered email.
Advertising, data and partnerships
This site carries Google AdSense advertising and I do not sell placements directly. For anything else — data licensing, a link exchange, or a correction to how the site describes your company — email the same address.
What I cannot help with
I am not licensed to give investment advice in Singapore, so I cannot tell you what to buy or sell, review your portfolio, or answer "is this a good stock?" — not as a matter of preference but of regulation. See the disclaimer. I also cannot act on anything to do with your brokerage account, your CDP account or a corporate action itself; those belong to your broker, CDP or the company's registrar.
Privacy and your data
To delete your account and everything attached to it — summaries, paper portfolio, watchlists — email from the address you registered with and say so; no reason needed. What the site stores and why is set out in the privacy policy, and the rules for using it in the terms.
