This term is used collectively to refer to – a company incorporated in Singapore any or all of the shares in which are listed for quotation on the official list of an approved exchange; a corporation (not being a company incorporated in Singapore, or a collective investment scheme constituted as a corporation) any or all of the shares in which are listed for quotation on the official list of an approved exchange, such listing being a primary listing; BT; or REIT.
